DrillPoweredPulley provides customers with the full manufacturer’s warranty for all eligible products sold on our website. The warranty period is valid for two (2) years from the date of the order.

Even after the warranty period has expired, we remain available to assist with repairs or technical support where possible and may offer cost-effective repair solutions upon request.

1. Warranty Policy

1.1 Scope of Warranty

The warranty applies to all devices purchased from DrillPoweredPulley, including drill-powered pulley, ascender, and descender systems. If a product fails to function properly within the warranty period due to manufacturing or material defects—and not due to customer misuse—we will provide warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.

This warranty also covers products that arrive defective or non-functional upon delivery. In such cases, customers must notify us promptly after receiving the item.

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Accidental damage or external impact
  • Improper use, misuse, or operation outside intended applications
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Use of non-original or incompatible parts
  • Normal wear and tear

The warranty becomes void if repairs or maintenance are carried out by unauthorized personnel, or if product labels, serial numbers, or identification markings are removed, altered, or made illegible.

If inspection determines that the reported issue is not covered by warranty, DrillPoweredPulley reserves the right to charge the customer for any incurred costs, including inspection, handling, labor, and replacement parts (if applicable).

1.2 Warranty Claim Procedure

Please do not open a PayPal dispute for warranty-related issues. PayPal buyer protection applies only to cases of non-delivery or items that significantly differ from the product description. Warranty claims must be handled directly through our support team.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us first by email at info@drillpoweredpulley.com. Our support team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for the next steps.

Do not return any product without prior authorization. Devices sent back without contacting our support team in advance cannot be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Once your warranty claim is approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

The warranty at AWAH.store applies to all ordered devices, such as multifunctional drill-powered pulleys. If the device no longer functions properly within two years due to no fault of the customer, we offer warranty services. This also applies to items that arrive defective.

For failures and damages caused by external influences, accidental damage, modifications to the device, or use of non-original parts, AWAH.store assumes no warranty.

The warranty is void if the defect arises due to repairs or maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel, or if labels or serial numbers on the device are altered or made illegible.

If the repair reveals that the issue is not covered by the warranty, AWAH.store reserves the right to charge the customer for the incurred costs, including a handling fee and the chargeable repair for materials and labor.

 

1.2 Warranty Claim Procedure
Please do not open a PayPal dispute in the case of a warranty! Buyer protection only applies in cases of non-receipt or deviation from the item description, so the purchase price would not be refunded. AWAH.store can only send a replacement device after the PayPal conflict is resolved.

First, contact our support team (info@awah.store). Never send a device back without first discussing it with our support. Our support team will explain the process in detail. Devices returned without prior notice cannot be accepted and will only be sent back to you upon payment of shipping costs.
