Safety Check of the Device
1. Check before use:
Inspect the product, ropes, connecting parts, and backup safety systems.
Check for deformation, corrosion, cracks, or excessive wear. If any problems occur, stop use immediately and contact the manufacturer.
Check pulleys, friction blocks, etc., for cleanliness; grease or sand particles reduce friction and can cause accidents.
Check the rope for damage, thickening, contamination, or material weakness. Replace defective ropes.
If the rope is wet, reduce the load and descend slowly.
Stop lifting immediately if you notice unusual noises, shaking, or unstable lifting operations and contact the manufacturer.
Before first use, perform a lifting and descent test with a maximum lifting height of 30 cm.
2. Regular inspection:
If increased noise is observed, refill the lubricating oil according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Check that the handle mounting screws are tight and, if necessary, secure them with anaerobic adhesive.
